Has anyone noticed that whenever you play as the Aliens, Intense Rivalry is always turned on automatically? It is really annoying, because it means that it is VERY hard to get treaties or anything when you play them, and I always seem to end up having to conquer the world just to ensure my own safety. (Yes, I know I could just call a truce after taking a base or three, but when I settle a war, I prefer it to STAY settled 
)
