Well, I've always thought it more fun to wait until global warming is about to occur and then melt the icecaps.
This is especially fun with Svensgaard...after their bases sink, you can build over them with sea bases.

Exactly...any other faction wouldn't fare nearly so well...free Pressure Domes is a powerful bonus in the mid-late game with all the ways to mess with the sea level.Comment
