to download, just choose "Save As" and your browser should save it as a file. it works for me.

I really have to disagree with your "three styles of play" idea. There is only one good style. That would be your hybrid style. Take Miriam for example. I tried to use her like you say in your guide for a long time. I never did well until I dropped that and started working on my infrastructure. SIZE DOES MATTER!

v3 goes into more detail of unit specific strategy and tactics.
