I wonder if this profile even still eggzists... I ain't been here in... quite a long time..

I see Vel's Strat guide is at 3.0, and I got 2 questions about it -

1) Is there a Word / some sort of .txt version of it floating around somewheres?

2) Does it merely expand V2 by adding the SMAX factions in? Would getting it if I only have SMAC be any good?

I know none of y'all remember be, but looking at this forum brings back a lot of good memories
