Best SMAC site currently?

So, let's face it, Apolyton isn't really a functional SMAC site anymore. It's an excellent SMAC forum, but as a central location for getting and exchanging files, it's pretty dead. Does it even have Vel's 3.0 guide? I'm wondering if there's a good SMAC file site anywhere? Somewhere that has a frequently updated selection of factions, mods, scenarios, etc? Or is it all basically just happening on the Forums here? I know ACOL has some traffic, but is it a good site for files?

have you checked out CivGaming? I don't know if it has that kind of thing, but I could be wrong.
