i need your advice...

Hi everybody !
Ok, it's not a SMAC related question but you'll soon kow why i write this post here... I discovered turn based strategy games a couple of months ago with SMAC (you can laugh if you want ). I REALLY loved this game. But now, i'd like to play a civilisation game... Wich game should i buy ? Civilisation II, Call to Power or TOT ? I don't want to ask this question on the civilisations boards. Thanks for your help and suggestions !

I'd say Civ II. I haven't played CTP, although that is because it apparently had a lot of bugs. I absolutely love Civ II and I was completely addicted to it for years (until I focused my attention towards SMAC!).
TOT is kind of like Civ II with extra bells that really never appealed to me too much in the end. Civ II is the original (okay Civ I was the original but it's outdated now) and you can't beat it, IMHO.

Buy ToT - it gives the original CivII as one of the play options
