Two questions...
1) Can you terraform the poles into ocean? That layer of one-square-thick land at the top and bottom of most maps--can it be sunk below water level?
2) Will enemy cities ever revolt and change factions? In other words, if you use probe teams to keep an enemy's city in drone riots, will it ever revolt? Will it work on other human players in multiplayer? And will it ever revolt and join *you*? (Also, someone said that three successive turns of drone rioting will lead to revolt--I've heard otherwise in other threads, including some who say it's nigh-impossible to cause revolt. Who's right?)
