Are there any special tactics or diplomatic situations I should be aware of? Standard economic management is all fine by me, but I'd hate to have to do important negotiations as a mere temporary replacer. -

I'm playing Sparta, but I'm not trying to represent us as such. Currently the Morganites are steamrolling everybody, with a moderately feeble Angel and Spartan watching from the sidelines. We're planning a joint effort to contain the Morganites, though.
