Here's a detail of our eastern Seaboard, with the location of Vladivostock highlighted (where the Colony Pod is right now, so that it will build next turn, and rush a trannie, as both probes will be in place when the trannie completes)

As Zak paid us an early visit on this coast, we believe that he is to our east (hence the trannie with the probes will be heading that way):
