Spartan's Planet Buster proposal

2 factions have planet-buster technology, Sparta wants to prohibit anybody from building those.


Some questions:

=> Who has the tech currently ?
=> Can we get an exception for planet bustering Yang maybe ?
=> As this game has certainly lost a lot of interest, wouldn't it be better to just allow planet busters ?

I voted banana - it didn't matter anyway since Gaia and Angels voted against already. Let them build the stuff if they want to...
