I sent geomodder a PM, but he didn't answer.

Maybe he didn't notice he got a PM (PM notifications on un-subscribed apolyton are very easy to miss). Maybe somebody has his email ?

You can look for it in the Multiplayer forum, there is usually a "my name is and my email is" post as the very first in each turn tracking thread.
