Did we loose the probe in a spy action or was it discovered by conventional Hive troops ?

I see we got Int. Int. too (also probed?) and are now researching MMI.

Which bases are probed yet?

Why do we build a hab complex @ mead metal ?

Our chaos gun unit is named "missile squad"

Probe team was discovered, the naming issue is to "confuse" our human players and hide that we "discovered" Chaos weapons...

I'm going to stage a pop boom somewhen in the future - and hab complex is a necessary thing for that the last time I looked. Maybe Mead Metal needs a crawler or a NetNode or a RH first, I'll take a second look.
