    Our pop went to 43 with the new bases. We have two turns until Adap Econ. SSR and/or Mor Vul could start on crawlers in a couple turns, to force a fungal pop.

      There is the option to go ICS with a bunch of size 2 cities and 20% psych.

      Since we have some new contacts and especially since University isn't exactly nice, we might be able to get some techs. If we could get Env. Eco and tree farms, we could make some pop boomed forest bases. In the far future, I think energy rich sea bases that don't need to pop boom would be great.
