We got the PTS, and are at 34 council votes. lowering pysch plunges us into unrest across the board, and our cities are now valuable enough for the spartans to take over, I'd suggest we build some more military equipment.
we are now getting 67 ec per turn, and tech in 4 turns. Progenitor Pysch is 3 points from being finished so about 8 labs are going to get wasted in Morgan industries. We are getting a tech every 4 turns.
3 colony pods are finished and 4 cities need build orders.
The "1/2 an sp on wheels" is done and can be put to work somewhere.
