I say we let him stay until he actually removes himself by leaving the forum.
It is possible that his access problems may go away in the future. If they do go away then I don't want him to have any difficulties in participating as an active member.
He was a valuable contributing member of the Hive in ACDGII. It is likely that his access problems will ease well before this game in finished.
