CEO restructuring

As Chaunk has appeared to step down from CEO in protest, we will need to find a new turnplayer fast (the turn was posted about 10 minutes prior to the time of writing.)

From reading how we are structured, the COO should step in as either interim or permanent CEO and the SOO should fill the COO's position. We then need to either poll for a new CEO or SOO.
