Status of the Gaian Union

I just recently arrived at Uni, and while I had a few spare hours, I was wondering what the status of the game/the Gaians was, mainly so I don't have to go through all the old threads... I'm still waiting for my normal comp to get here.... Whose at war, how are we in the tech race, etc.

[Chaos Theory]

We are pacted with the Morganites and DAs, and have a very unstable treaty with the Spartans. We've been pop booming for a couple of turns, so we're on the rise relative to everyone. The Spartans recently eliminated the PKs and have subjugated the Uni.

Our tech is okay, thanks to several trades, but the Spartans have the PDL, which limits our options.
