So what's the war plan? We received Synth Fossil Fuels from Morgan as a gift this turn. 6-1-2 rovers cost 40 minerals, and 64 to prototype. 6-1-1 infantry are much cheaper, but wouldn't be very useful. We could hold out for D:AP before putting missile weapons to use. At some point, we'll either need to march on Sparta or get back to building, or the Spartans beat us. I, for one, wouldn't mind committing to war for most of the rest of the game, and taking out some blood revenge on them

I think we should proto 2-3 rovers. Along with our plasma they'll make quick work of their 4 rovers.
And I think 2 crawlers working less than 3 of any resource is worth it.
Bout the long-term total war.. dunno. We might want to take PKs out first then..-- What history has taught us is that people do not learn from history.

After the end of the turn, Yang moved a single infantry unit into view of our northwestern sensor.
Probably he sees Spartans there.-- What history has taught us is that people do not learn from history.

Seems Spartans have evacuated their forces form the North, at least none are visible, so we can quit our military buildup.
Also - where is Env Econ??? if we get it nex turn, we get D:AP after next and Morgan is close to Neural Grafting, so he can have MMI in 5-6 turns (IIRC).
Other News:
Morgan is being bombarded heavily by Sparta
Hive is switching to peaceful production
Data Angels don't seem to be giving a heck about wars going on - building only economy.-- What history has taught us is that people do not learn from history.
