Are you sure Sparta has D:AP already? Perhaps their entire airforce is a lone Unity Chopper

Exactly how would the Spartans have MMI this early? D:AP is pretty good already, and Neural Grafting is another few techs. I doubt the Morganites would make MMI easy for such an aggressive opponent as the Spartans."Cutlery confused Stalin"

They are bluffing, they don't have MMI, but D:AP is fully believable - I suppose they had all except SFF and D:AP, so they researched them or even got one from Uni..
