Edit: Updated from today, 2106 played and sent. Seems I'm consistently overly optimistic about the other teams play rate.
I did a little casual math on the turn-play of the various teams, depicting what are the average amounts of time that a team holds the turn before sending on. I'm only working with the last few turns. Anyways, this has led me to create an Estimated Time of Play schedule for our team, which will let us keep a deadline in mind for turn decisions.

2105: Sent to Angels: 12:30 July 9
2106: Recieved and sent: 14:10 July 11
2107: Send to Angels: 16:00 July 13
2108: Send to Angels: 18:00 July 15
2109: Send to Angels: 20:00 July 17
These are just projections, but show that if we want to keep an average turn rate we need to have a plan ready 24 hours after posting our turn. Scratch that. 48 hours after our turn is more like it.
