This was the story of Snowflake, boomerang princess.

Anyway I got another settler that does not respond to PMs. I will wait more before authorising him. Also intro thread has been updated.

It'll take me a while to used to the new name, but it's great to have you back, Princess formerly-known-as-HongHu.

RedFred authorised even as he did not PM me. But since he is a regular on Apolyton and active, I overlooked it. I am sending him introduction PM now. BTW no news from Gorad. Seems he is one of the - register-in-a-day-apply-and-never-visit-Apoylton-again people.

                Welcome RedFred!

Thanks. And greetings to all the Lords and Ladies.

Auto authorization! The power of Gaia must be strong within me.

Here is my surprise real life SMAC moment: while in the supermarket checkout I handed the grocery bagger my two handmade shopping bags with a large Gaian rose emblem on either side. I had the shopping bags made up a few years ago when I was more active in both the forums and MP games. I have been using them for years without any glimmer of recognition from any member of the public. But that day was different.

A guy in his early twenties became VERY excited and started talking animatedly to his girlfriend while pointing at my shopping bags. Sadly it was very busy and there were people inbetween me and him. So I never got a chance to talk to him. But our brothers and sisters (or at very least, fellow SMACers favouring a different faction) are out there. Small in numbers perhaps, but out there for sure.

                    Welcome RedFred!

Great story. I'd love some Gaian Shopping bags. That's a good idea. I might just copy you. Smac is the best strat game of all time (other than chess and go), and the Gaians are the best faction. Long live Gaia!

                        Edited out by snowflake.

With this I believe I've inspected all my posts in the Gaians and edited out all the one sentence post like "Welcome RedFred" or "it is a good edition" or things like that that I think more or less forms the Gaians' foundations of accusing me of spamming. I know that I haven't edited out a lot of posts. I really hope they can live because I did write them with my heart and would hate to kill all of them. Also there are a few post in the roleplay threads that I haven't edited out. I would do so if the Gaians believe any of the unedited-out posts are indeed spam. I was not able to edit anything in the locked threads such as the Garden of Eden, though I would not have edited out many posts in there anyway.

With this I would appreciate my posts do not get edited by others. In return I promise I will not post in any other Gaian thread except the history thread so that the Gaians can be free from the infamous snowflake spamming.

Ok I'm back, or at least trying to, as you can see. Work is still busy, but at least I just filed my study and testimony so I should have a little bit time to try to read about what has happened so far.

Hmmm, I was contacted by a settler named Icelander. He he joined recently and he has zero posts. He wants to join, but somehow I am suspicious. EN created a DL recently, and I cannot help wondering if this is not someone's DL too. What do you think, should I authorise him or not?
