Yes we are the ones who write history and create legend aren't we? I enjoyed listening to all the legends myself. Somebody should write a book about them so that they don't die.

Why did you decide to change the format to a team game for ACDGII?

Heh, I was one of the founding members, with Adam, on EDP, I think... can't really remember the name of it anymore... he was the head of it anyway.

If I remember correctly we went to a team game setup because the first was deemed too easy, is that right?

Yes, I remember beating the snot out of the AI And I think this was also close to the in-site and inter-site Demo games starting, so the ACDG people said "Hey! We want one of those too!!"
But there's no sense crying over every mistake. You just keep on trying till you run out of cake.

Yeh. Seemed a good idea, and was fun, though with the new people, I'd have liked to have gone back to SP, but with a beefed up Transcend, not a normal Thinker AI.

The first ACDG was on Thinker level then?

Yeh. Was a decision before I joined, but many people then were relative n00bs, so didn't want it to be too hard. It turned into a showcase though, as it was way to easy. Just looking at each turn so closely makes a player much much better. When playing SP, it's so much quicker that you don't look so hard at each turn, except in a DG.

On my Thinker level. Don't let Enigma hear that.

Dug up some intelligence on what happened to Deirdre. Makes interesting reading. Here
