Good cipher. We can use it or version of it, but we must give some clue as to how to break it in our publication (yet to be named). And of course the message would be teasing.

We could indicate the principle and give 'clues' to the keyword.

Probably use the first one in our encrypted rec commons posts since it has an automated decrypt script on that page... just choose a common term as the key cypher word and nobody would know how to break it.

I like the idea of the second one actually being used elsewhere.

Well... how about calling our (yet to be founded) faction publication 'the decryptor' then?

        Or 'decipher'?

I posted the second link at Eventis. So at least obstructor is aware of it. Not sure who else is there from ACDG. Skanky is a member too, but he never visits it any more. If you use it be aware obs'll be able to deciper it if he wants. In other words don't really put any important stuff there.

Also if you use the first one I think maybe it's better to change it a little. For example put you key word in the end instead of in the beginning and such. Somebody may need to write a little program to translate it automatically back and force too.

Tomorrow (thursday) I'll be gone 'till late in the evening (GMT).

Don't expect turnplay 'till then thus.

Can't play the turn now, I've got problem that SMAX won't start on my new computer, and haven't solved it yet.

Edit: Ok, solved it. Can play...

The usual XP incompatability stuff. I still get 'cpu not supported' popups when starting the game, but it runs ok. Even the missile launcher sounds works now!!!

Just received a PM from Maniac with the complaint that the Spartans have an empty diplomatic screen pop up quite offen (mostly in 'while we are waiting game' Herc, according to Kassi).

They ask if we can avoid this for it annoys them.

In short: the turnplayer(s) better do nothing with the diplo screen in the to forwarded turn or other factions will get more and more curious.

Interesting... I was unaware that it would even pop up if it was empty, even if things were removed from it.

                          I regret to inform you...

... that it looks like the Morgans will win the mini game.

I just managed to infiltrate them and discovered that next to the huge infrastructure/population/research rate they're definitely on the fast track now.

It gives us a nice insight on how Morgans are likely to buildup now in the ACDG. For those interested in how they run things here's the turn. (don't bother their war with the drones, that was my work ... for revenge that they killed the first probe foil getting near their bases )

Ok I'm back, or at least trying to, as you can see. Work is still busy, but at least I just filed my study and testimony so I should have a little bit time to try to read about what has happened so far.
