Another essential thing to do is work out how we're going to contact one another.

Here are my arguments:
1. IRC
Takes few system resources, and we are instantly communicating with everyone on the team.
Problem is, people have an annoying tendency to go idle.
So if you -are- idle, say so with a nick change.

I'd say we get an IRC channel on www.apolyton.net .
mIRC is a useful tool for IRCing. Personally I use IceChat, but whatever does the job.

Well IRC will be without me. Have tried to let it work on my comp nth times, and it simply won't connect to apolyton.net *shrug*

'poly has a jIRC client.
It's possible your firewall or router is blocking port 6667.
Try connecting on port 6668.

IRC is useful in that it's damn easy to set up - jIRC window as above.
I'll make #angel on Apolyton now.
