If Hercules does not play it within an hour, I will post the turn. Sorry for the delay.

Ok, I don't want to be harsh, but if you're going to wait until the end of the deadline to play, you have to make sure you play on time. Why not play the turn a day early? If there's a reason to take over 48 hours let me know, but for normal play the only reason you go over is by trying to do it as close to the deadline as possible and missing.
Every team has now used up all the warnings we voted on at the beginning of the game, and so if the turn is late I will be starting to press end turn. I know that's harsh and could damage the game, but we voted for this to keep the game moving and without enacting it the turns have become more frequently late.
Other teams plan around getting the turn by a certain time, please make sure you've played it by that deadline, or let me know the reason.Smile

I'll be playing the turn after I'm done applying for jobsPlay hangman.

No idea, it was before the game started ages ago. Everyone voted on the rules and the punishments. The rules were a 48 hour time limit and the punishment an end turn, with one warning if done before.Smile

LOL - loads of reload warnings, I'm told (19)
I started the turn, then had to bow out with houseguests arriving, so Zeiter took over turnplaying. In quiet moments, I was going in and out of the save to compile infiltration data on the Hive-Morgan and Hive-Angels wars, and trying to make screenies (I lost MS Photo Editor when I upgraded in order to run Civ IV, and can't get photoshop or photobie to do what photoshop used to do, despite numerous tries) never bothering to save after, but just hitting the "cancel" button to exit.
Then Z was called away and couldn't finish, so with the deadline looming I finished the turn
Hence the multiple reloads
I didn't get a message when I took over from Zeiter, but when I finally saved I overwrote an earlier save of mine, and that prolly carried the multiples embedded in it. But as Zeiter and Snoddasmannen can attest, there was no combat subsequent to Zeiter's handing over, just crawler and former deployment, and build orders, so there never was any intent - or attempt - to try for a different result, look ahead, etc etc - just shortcutting the exit on my part when doing "crypteia" stuff
