From the rules as the Age of Choppers seems to be upon us:
Choppers are never allowed to attack bases.

I presume that rule applies with regard to attacking AI bases. I presume it does. That is, human factions can not attack AI bases with choppers. Or was it meant to refer to attacking Human factions only. Just curious.On the ISDG 2012 team at the heart of CiviLIZationComment
