Well CCs know me pretty good. They know I am a person who values moral and integrity. So they could interpret this as I'm responding morally but they may not know how well we are prepared. At least we'll be able to see what they have done this last turn. If they started they military build up in uni in expectation of the war, perhaps we need to attack this turn. Otherwise our original plan should still be ok.

Comrade HongHu, while I agree that you are a person of integrity and respect that, I think the element of surprise would best support the Vendetta against the CPU.

Boxers don't tell their opponent where they are going to swing, they just do it. Actions speak louder than words comrade, and I think the time for diplomacy has ended.

It's time we start acting like the HIVE for once and do as we please. Chiron is ours for the taking, and with our shared vision of what Chiron should be with the Free Drones, we should let the CPU know that they aren't part of that vision.

We all agree we want war, but how to we go about declaring it. I’m open to suggestions, if you have one write down a formal declaration and the reasons we will be using as an excuse (there’s plenty of those).

Let's just invade them, or attack them. THEN we send them a declaration declaring that we are enforcing the "will of the Planetary Council" on them. Since they don't want to give PEACE their bases back, we'll take their bases instead.

Attack them and announce in the public forum that the enlightened leaderships of the Human Hive and the Free Drones, entrusted as we are with the welfare of humankind, have decided that the peoples of Chiron must be purified of the taint of the cybernetic plague. We fight for the very meaning of what it is to be human and the good comrade citizens of the Human Hive trust our leadership to protect them in this struggle, as any dutiful citizens should. We believe that organic manipulation of humanity to be acceptable, but this cybernetic alteration of the species is clearly heinous and must be purified.

We might also make some commentary upon how in the Human Hive and other human factions, there are still human hands of compassion and wisdom which lead and care for the common people... by contrast, it is obvious that the CyCon collective does not operate in this manner... their system results in a lack of compassion for fellow human beings and an obvious lack of enlightened leadership. We can cite the Colony Pod incident as an example.

The emphasis is upon:

* The wisdom of the Human Hive's enlightened leadership in taking this action
* The loyalty of the Human Hive's citizens to the Hive and their faith and trust in its wise and benevolent leadership.
* The obvious care and compassion that the Human Hive has for the poor tortured souls afflicted with the cybernetic plague and our desire to purify them of their disease.
* The hope of all comrade citizens of the Hive and the Free Drones that all of man shall once again, as with the founding of our mission, be brought into peaceful harmony and a returned purity of what it means to be human.
* Our comrade allies, the Free Drones, feel as we do about the purity of our race and share our compassion for the tortured souls of those afflicted by the cybernetic plague - we wish to return them their humanity, that they may join us again in peace and harmony.
* The superiority of human systems of government and human leadership of humanity over any transition to a cybernetic collective.
* The obvious duplicity of the CyCon in seeking to forcefully assimilate what remains of humankind and our obligation as the appointed leaders of humankind to defend our species.

Note that some coordination with the Free Drones would be required for perhaps a joint statement (or conjoining statements which complement one another).

However, the key aspects of our faction's ideology, namely a faith by the citizens in the wisdom and benevolence of our enlightened leadership and our leadership's true devotion to the betterment of the human race should be the CORE of the statement.

Ultimately, the latest actions by the CyCon should only serve as recent illustrations of the overall threat posed inherently by the CyCon. It is therefore the duty of humanity to defend itself and return humanity even to those poor souls who have been denied it, either through their own foolish choices or through force.

It should be fun.

One note enough, we should not call it an act of aggression or even a war, call it a “police action” by the Human Hive and the Free Drones in defense of peace on Planet, some rhetoric like that which we can throw back at the CyCon when they accuse us of being the aggressors.
