CC trade possibility

Had couple minutes chat with Drogue regarding trade. No time to summarize it up so I'm posting it here.

Point:
1. CC wants PEG, they will not trade if we want PEG
2. They kind of hint that they could trade with PUT too
3. They accuse Drones broken the no trade agreement for HEC

Drogue: Well, I was gunn a say, IMHO, well go for that, given that we agree not to build the AV, and you agree not to build the PEG?

HongHu: since I know that kody was wanting the adap for peg

HongHu: and he said he deliberately not mentioned peg
HongHu: I think he wanted it to be grey so we compete for it
Drogue: I understand that. Were asking no PEG, cause we want that, but we will agree not to build the AV in return.

Drogue: Im not sure. Personally Id probably say yes, but it the others will almost certainly go for no. Though do remember you run the risk of us building the AV if you get the PEG then, sicne well have a spare SP building and nothing to do with it

Drogue: Also, it depends what PUT offer. I doubt theyll offer a tech for tech, but ATM they need defenders, and so they may fo got it

HongHu: if we agree no PEG will we actually get AV

HongHu: for if we don't get any I'd say hive is not going for it

Drogue: Yep, they gave you a plasma steel unit. We agreed non proliferation.

HongHu: I was trying to get the unit from them exactly because of that
HongHu: it took me some time to accomplish that (well kody mainly )
HongHu: like we were trying to get units from you
HongHu: at least that's what they told us
Drogue: well... we feel it at least breaks the spirit. We said no trade for the tech until someone else gets plasma armour, IIRC> since you now have plasma armour, we can trade the tech. Either way, it was worded that we were trying to keep PEACE and any other factionf rom plasma armor

Drogue: they mayeb didnt break the letter of the agreement, but certainly the spirit and the aims of it

Drogue: if we have to trade a unit we will, because we want Env Econ and Eco Eng. If we can trade with u for Eco Eng, thats great, and we can go for ENv Econ from PUT

HongHu: not sure adap with peg will be sufficient for hive?
Drogue: really? Even with sayign we wont build AV?
HongHu: perhaps adap with peg plus a simple cruiser?

HongHu: well adapt plus peg may not be good for env eco and eco eng

Drogue: nah... we wont want both, just one

HongHu: I was trying to see if I could get you trade both with us
Drogue: well... we dunno. We want them, and wed like to trade for both from you, but not sure how it works with what we can give u :$

Drogue: Ecs maybe, but were trying tobuy SFF fromthe drones atm, and just have enough for our offer there ATM

Just some information as I ran the last turn - I never told the cycon about the prototype trade, also nothing in infiltration will tell them that since hive didn't build any plasma steel units, it won't turn up in the unit listing, or any of our base screens.

I would also appreciate if people didn't have conversations about me with the cycon.

The cycon acted very strangely when they tried to talk to me (They were trying to extract certain things from me). Some of the information they had about how I react to certain things they shouldn't have known, then there were glaring assumptions they made on other things which suggests they were working on 2nd hand knowledge.

They seemed very surprised when I rejected some things they suggested, which they shouldn't have been since I've barely ever spoken to them and they shouldn't have any idea about what kind of decisions I would make to their proposals. It wasn't them assuming I would do what the majority of people would do either, so I'm pretty sure they're working were working on information they got from someone.

Hmmm I was too careless to give them the confirmation on +3 armor. I thought they knew it from infiltration. Wouldn't it show up in the list of units since we already own it?
