Cycon, Peace and the Hive - the endless decision on what to wear

My official position is netural in all matters regarding peace and cycon.

Summary:
* Kody complains about no decision being made on the cycon issue.
* Voltaire points out we're in pact, but we're not obligated at all due to no formal document being written up.
* General grumbling about the way the hive decisions wander like a stray sheep.
* Kody points out that the cycon are actually weak for all their boasting and have changed back to economic production after seeing the hive's infiltration.
* Voltaire suggests that hive needs to go to war with the cycon to keep the citizens happy as the university isn't a team anymore.

My position remains now, as it always was.
Milk 'em for tech.

I have no interest in prolonging this war. Let the sides battle unto the death.
I mean, what would delaying this war achieve?
Our greatest problem is CyCon and their big Air Power push.

We could go to war against CyCon for one simple reason.
We want to stop the bastards getting D:AP!

Failing that, we could stomp the PUT, to prevent Neural from finding its way to the CyCon.
MMI is in our hands and ONLY our hands. We must make sure this is the case at least until we get planet busters.

We could attack CyCon on the proviso that PEACE send us Adaptive (PEG attached) and their cruisers / amphibious prototypes.

We are the Hive. We can't sit and build forever, or we will lose in a game vs CyCon and Uni. We'll need to kick someone, sometime. For me 'copters are too late for the big Hive push. We may have missed our moment.

I just mean in general 'copters are too late in the game for the Hive. If the science factions were playing to the same standard as Kody-standard, then they would already be attacking US with 'copters now. Impact rovers are the Hive's best moment I feel, produced in quantity. And this map is Hive-unfriendly too - too much water to cross to meet enemies.

The first thing we need to do, is to finalize our position regarding CC.

Second thing we need to do, is to talk to PEACE to see if this surrender thing flies.

If that doesn't fly, third thing we need to do, is to propose the planetary council meeting.

Then from there, we will have to see how we can get CC to accept stop attacking PEACE territory. We don't need to ask them to return what they've got, they should be allowed to take whatever they win with their effor otherwise there's no hope of them agreeing to stop the war.

We also need to figure out what we are going to do if the CCs do not stop the war. How can we stop them using our force.
