SUPREME PEOPLE'S COURT: Case I

Just had one thought. Jamski would not have to be exiled from tomorrow. He has to serve his time first before getting exiled doesn't him? I mean how else could he receive all the punishments he deserves?

The Central Continuing Committee cannot endorse this harsh punishment proscribed by the court, and though it respects the autonomy of the courts, it must intervene on behalf of the people, for the exile of ex-Deputy Chairman Jamski is not in the best interests of the people.

The judgment of the Court followed reason and under normal circumstances the decision of the courts would be backed. But in this case we feel that it would serve the people’s best interests to allow the obvious crimes to go unpunished with exile, but rather to be paid via penance to the people.

Therefore this Committee offers Jamski as second chance. The Committee pardons Jamski of all crimes he has been convicted of, in exchange for this leniency of the CCC Comrade Jamski will commit himself to serving the People and the People’s rightful government in full.
