I have had a long conversation with Kody where he explained a number of his stratigies to me; I have taken it upon myself to learn how to play the turns and optimize our faction like Kody has been doing.

Though we should avoid falling into the pit-trap of relying on one person for everything. Therefore I ask that we do something which we should have done before. Rather than trying to learn everything that Comrade Kody has amassed over months (though we should strive for this) it may be wise to divide up the work among the faction members (i.e. one person responsible for terraforming, another for resource pulsing, another for pop booming). We may have problems with coordination with different people running different departments, but it would in the short run allow us to yield better results than by asking one person to take on the role themselves.

I know that the Marshal stated he will have a lot of free time to take on a number of Comrade Kody’s former roles, and I will ask him to volunteer for a particular role and familiarize himself intimately with the strategies of Comrade Kody in that respect. I ask that other active members do the same. If everyone can post what they would be interested in doing so we can divide up the tasks. I will take on the responsibility of one of the roles, and also of coordination and turn playing.

I hope that that our active members will volunteer for these positions and stick with them, since that is the only way to keep the Hive running at the high efficiency level it has been running at. I will consult with Comrade Kody in terms of how we believes the jobs can best be divided up, but for now I would like people to express their general interest in helping out and in what area.

I would be best I think for terraforming, not sure about research pulseing or how to do pop booming correctly. Also my time is limited so the terraforming would probably be best. Glory to the hive!

Does no one else want to take one of the jobs kody left? Has my petiton to take over terraofmring been denied? Also what happened to the weekly meetings we were going to have!

Dacole do you think you could take over some of what I've been doing (the Covert Operations report)? I will be extremely busy in the next two months and my time accessing the game will be extremely limited (no game at work). So if you could do that that would be great.
