    Busy turn.

    Last night I came up with a new technique of resource pulsing. It'll keep us in parity with those builders if it comes down to a builder race. At least for the next 30 years I think.

    Rokossovky has shown some excellent work with finding coordinates of the pirate's bases.


    We also met the university. Details are in the embassy.


    The mindworm threat is over. The last mindworm moved away from the fungus and now our rover will be able to chase that last mindworm down and kill it.


    Probing Question
    Also we need to decide whether we're going to probe the university to steal techs.

    Our opinions are pay 22ECs get a transport carrying two probes over to the university in turn 2148, one probe infiltrates and the other tech steals.

    Or we send the transport with one probe team in turn 2149, and try and infiltrate the university with one probe. This means our budget isn't so tight for the next few years.

    * Need to ensure that there will be enough ECs to rush buy the network nodes the recycling tanks, and the new headquarters. We will have to spend most of our money on rushing the facilities in the upcoming turns.
    * Replanting Bases
    - Replanting Vevtopia for more population
    - Disbanding Jamski Clove and moving to New Jamski (This will be delayed)
    - Replanting Kommuniza City and The Hive with sensors underneath.
    * May be delaying Command Nexus for 2144. This is because it's a real pain building the SP at the same time as organising the two science cities, headquarter move, and base rebuilds.
    * Also use the Crawler rehome effect to get double crawled minerals during the replant.
    * In Central Planning and Rokossovkygrad build recycling tank and network node, grow those bases to size four and use colony pod from The Hive disbanding to increase to size 5. Set 1 librarian in Rokossvokygrad, 2 librarians in Central Planning.
    * New Jamski and Michanapolis can be made into science cities as well.

      OK, to make thinks easier with the ec situation, lets go for the "one probe infilterates" plan for now, and then when the probe is returned home, we can send it off again to get a tech. OR, if you think you CAN juggle the ecs, Kody, then its really preferable if we can steal a tech as soon as we can, isn't it?

      Pros : Just infilterate - the uni never know we did it
      Cons : Steal tech - we HAVE to declare vendetta, which would not be so "friendly" of us.
