Ambassador Exchange

What do people think of allowing one of the Drones into our forum, and one of the Hive into the Drones' forum.

Googlie has stated that the we should think carefully before allowing a member of another team into our forum. Also he has suggested that such an ambassador should become a netural (eg non-pacticipant) in the event that the pact breaks down.

I would say no.
And I would definately say no to the "non-participant" clause. Having them be participators might keep the alliance intact.

Having suggested it to the Drones, then to say "we had a poll and citizens voted against it" would sow the very distrust that the ambassador exchange was meant to forestall (ie what are they trying to hide)

You are almost committed now to an exchange lest your pact relations sour and founder on the distrust issue
