Have you gained any valuable insights after this wall watching? I think the monks normally gain great intelligence after this activity. They do it for longer term each time though, like three years to ten years.

Well you can still stalk while blowing bubbles. The tricky part is sipping the bubble solution from a cup while upside down and using only a straw.
