Alright it's time to shake up this government and implement the new job system.
Everyone who has MSN is to get in touch with me over that in order to get assigned jobs. It will be first come first serve, so if you're late then you'll be stuck cleaning the recycling tanks.

No - only naval yards give the extra defense against naval units (and Pirates get a free one in every base when they discover Doc Init)
(That's what is so neat about land bases on 1-tile squares, especially if you build a pressure dome on them - really confuses the enemy (would need amphibious ability to invade, and then, yes, a perim would give a defense bonus there)
