Still, I generally agree with the CMC's conclusions drawn in that document, though I may have included special defenses in coastal bases (especially The Hive) since we are going to meet up with the Pirates eventually.Join a Democracy Game today!

Can the pirates attack land bases directly from transports without any special upgrades? I haven't had much experience when it comes to pirates.
