    Application for Authorisation Query

    Someone called 'supercle' has applied to join the CyCon. He applied yesterday, however he only registered yesterday too. What should I PM him to confirm he isn't a spy? Or just sod it and let him in?

    PM I'd say. Chance is it's just a one-day fly who will never post once authorized. If he replies to your PM, there's probably a greater chance he'll actually be active.

          Yes, he applied with no comment, but then maybe being new he doesn't know to PM me, or even how to PM. I know I didn't when I got here. It's late so I'll PM tomorrow. With what though? Does it matter if we get a spy now anyway?
