Temple of Tassadar?

As the new divine law requires, I was trying to perform my daily worship to TassaGod, but I noticed the Temple was closed.
May I ask who closed it and why?

it was some lowerrank god trying to get ahead...it probably had some strange name like JFGHSOIERJHWESSKLDF or something like that
