    DBTSverse portal will be finished its supply crawler in 2 turns. Please not that it has two citizens, one of which is a normal drone and the other is a bureaucracy drone, making for a city of drones. A doctor and a police unit are keeping them under control for now. Production is at 3 minerals per turn.

      Rec Commons, and would it maybe be possible to crawl in some minerals as long the production is a horrible 3/turn ??
