DocFlex negotiations question

The question is: "Should we be willing to give PEACE, besides a tech, also some energy credits to get DocFlex?" If the "Yes" option wins, another poll might follow to specify the amount.

I would recommend reading the last few posts in the PEACE diplomatic exchanges thread before voting here. But the IMHO most important things to note are:

• In their last PMs they have been asking for 40 credits plus interests, which will probably cost us a few tens of credits more.
• We will research DocFlex ourselves in some five turns.
• We can possibly or probably buy DocFlex from the Angels and Believers as well in a few turns.

I've put the time limit for voting on three days.

Hell no! Flubber said tech for tech in a PM to me. They go back on that, they lose the deal. Simple as. They need a new tech as much as we do.
