As most of you know, Apolyton Prime is going to riot in a turn if something is not done about it. I was going to submit orders to rush-build the rec commons being produced there, but I then realised, after Maniac brought up the issue, that this decision hadn't been polled. Thus, here is the poll.

If more than 10 minerals are already spent on producing the facility, the credit rush cost is twice the remaining mineral cost.
As for my vote, as External Affairs Function I would prefer to have at least 100 or 150 credits in reserve, so we can hopefully buy DocFlex from the Angels or Believers if the deal with the Pirates doesn't work out. (I've sent them yet another PM btw...)
Therefore I vote not to spend any credits, but to switch a worker to a doctor. The rec commons will be complete in four turns, and if everything goes well we should have the HGP as well in some four turns, so this would only be a very temporary measure.Comment

I'd agree with changing to a doctor for 4 turns...
It doesn't make that much difference in production and like Maniac says, those EC's are needed
