There seems to be a general consensus we should construct formers. I've got another related question though. Should we hurry the former production? The advantage is of course we get more terraformations earlier. The disadvantage is that it costs money. Normally that would be worth it, but I'm starting to get concerned about PEACE. I've already sent two messages regarding trading DocFlex but they don't respond. So who knows they won't want to sell. If so, then we'd need lots of cash (certainly more than 100 ec) hoping that one of the AI factions would be willing to selling the tech. But if we're gonna save some cash, we won't be able to hurry those formers...

Hurry it if the base only produces one min, otherwise leave it. 8 turns is far to long to leave it producing by itself but 4 is acceptable IMHO.
