Alright, we've finished Centauri Ecology!
However, we now reach the problem. Since we agreed that we're going to go for the HGP, we need Biogenetics, and that means moving it further ahead on the research list. Now, fortunately (or unfortunately) Industrial Base isn't available for research, but Biogenetics is. So, I presume we're going to begin researching that.
But now the questions arise...
a) Should we start on a secret project now? And if so, which one? The Weather Paradigm, or The Virtual World? In which base?
b) Which bases should have production switched to terraformers?
I think we should discuss these quickly, as time is running out for our turn.
