    If you want I can make a 3rd version of the encryptor that uses an even-more-disgustingly-mangling code, so even if they do break this one (which I don't see happening) it won't matter much.

      I don't think that's necessary. It will take them a while, and we hardly discuss anything too sensitive. However, they have read all our old messages, since they solved that code.

          The one you saw was simply encoded using 7 bits instead of 8. Taking advantage of the fact that alpha-numeric ascii doesn't use the 8th bit.

            Ahh the golden old days. I must make a disclaimer that it wasn't me who cracked the code. I just leaked it. And I didn't even remember I had written something in code. Must be gibberish to fool you.

            Oh and I was a "him" at the time too.
