A few days I made the exact same search for cyborg images, with the same results. Anyway, judging from the pictures you selected, and judging from your comment that the last pic can't be a cyborg, it seems we don't even agree about the definition of what a cyborg is. I made some web searches for dictionary definitions for cyborg (which is an abbreviation for cybernetic organism (thus not robot)):
"an organism with a machine built into it with consequent modification of function"
"A person whose physical tolerances or capabilities are extended beyond normal human limitations by a machine or other external agency that modifies the body’s functioning: an integrated man-machine" (OED definition)
As you can see, unlike what you seemed to claim in the philosophy thread, cyborgs are still basically human, just with a few mechanical implants that give the human extra abilities.
