It goes without saying that we should be aiming for the VW, but which other projects should sit high on our agenda? The PTS and HGP would certainly help with both our borging and our general drone worries, however the WP's not without its charms either. We stand a decent chance of actually making all of the projects with those min/rocky squares, but which should be our main focus?

I'd say, in a rough order of priority:
1) VW (naturally)
2) PTS
3) WP
4) HGPComment

Well, my reasoning for putting the PTS before the WP is that once we get the VW and have a Free Market with some Psych going, we'll be able to expand like mad using it without too mayn Drone problems, and the extra production capacity will help make up for less terraforming capacity.Comment

Very interesting considerations. Of course, VW is number one in our priorities list, and PTS make a nice complement to it... but I'd say we need good terraforming capabilities, so I'd put WP in second, anyway.I watched you fall. I think I pushed.Comment

Well, there seems to be consensus on these four projects, at any rate.
We can work out the specific priority ordering after the VW later, when we begin actual production.

Besides, given the fact that we have two mineral bonuses right next to University Base, it shouldn't take us that long to build each project - hell, with those two squares alone, we could build the WP in only 15 turns even without Wealth (13 with it).Comment
