EDIT: BTW TKG, seeing as I'm on 56k for the weekend, is there any chance you or someone else could post up an unofficial poll on peoples preferences Re: SMAC/SMAX, and on which factions they'd prefer for both Standard and Team DG games?

In securing faction support for Supreme leader how far can we go with gifts. tech etc to other factions. Does that also need polled.

I don't see the point. We won't be able to bribe them into voting for us, and in order to win we should be able to do it alone.
