[Method]

this is the poll for the new regions of Sea bases and Hive Bases. The Sea Region would contain UN Slippery Ground, Circular Quay UN Aquaxenobanana and UN Peace Anchorage. the Hive region would contain all liberated hive bases, excluding new sea bases wich will go to the sea region. thus
