Official: Should we form a seperate region for sea bases?

I think the question is fairly straightforward. The possible answers are as follows:

-Yes, and have it include all sea bases (including ones in the Freshwater Sea)
-Yes, but leave the Freshwater Sea bases with their current regions
-No
-Write-in
-Xenobanana

In the event that a region is also formed from liberated Hive bases, the matter of which region gets UN Peace Anchorage's will be discussed seperately.

For reference, the sea bases in question are as follows:
UNMI (in the FWS)
Espirito del Aqua (in the FWS)
Circular Quay (West of TA and Antioch)
UN Aquaxenobanana (SE-ish of Capricorn)
UN Slippery Ground (E of UNAXB)
UN Peace Anchorage (east, beyond the Mouth of Hercules, between Hive and Morganite territory)

Oh, btw, there's a chance that CQ might become a land base fairly soon, if TKG's evil plans are allowed to proceed.

Frankly I think CQ (just the base tile for now) should be raised immediately for security purposes, as right now it's vulnerable to attack from the western sea, where we have less defenses than I'd like. Land bases are generally easier to get more out of, too.
