Official: Build the Longevity Vaccine in New Apolyton?

Should the Longevity Vaccine be built in New Apolyton, in order to increase economic production? If it were rpesent in NA right now, economic production would go up 33 from 66 to 99; as NA is expected to grow at least once before the LV would be complete, this figure may increase.

Needless to say, I voted yes. I believe that NA has the potential to have a higher economic output than anywhere else, as it's our headquarters and it produces a great deal fo energy despite ebign smaller than it's main competitors, TA and Concordia.
